hi everybody !this is Melanie how are you all? This is my recipe for today: CHICKEN BISTEK
chicken marinated with soy sauce, lemon syrup, ground black pepper. Set aside for 5 minutes. Prepare sliced onion, broccoli, sweet bell pepper, water with corn starch, basil leaves (optional).

If you would like to add potato patties, here is the recipe:
Potato grated, one egg, corn flour, salt and ground black pepper.
Just mix all ingredients then make a patty and then cook it like a burger :}
Serve this with rice if you like.
This is easy to cook and has simple ingredients. I was so happy cooking this because I miss the food of my country the Philippines.
My husband Troy likes it. He is always surprised when I make food. I am always so inspired when I know that I need to cook for us and it is so special for me everyday :}
Chicken cut into cubes
3 cloves of Garlic
1/2 red onion
1/2 sweet bell pepper any color
2 hot dog turkey
green olive (optional)
1 can of diced tomato
2 medium potato
1/2 cup squash or 2 carrots chop in to cubes
salt and pepper
quick melted cheese
2 tablespoons soy sauce
beef broth or cubes
Heat the pan put oil then add chicken to lightly brown then add salt and pepper, when the the chicken is brown set a side, Then add oil .garlic,onion mix together, Add chicken mix and cover 2 minutes, add tomato dice mix and add soy sauce and bell pepper cover bring to a boil, then add hot dogs and olives mix together add potato and beef broth cubes, Bring to the boil, add squash then cheese ,cover bring to the boil until its cook and ready to serve,
wash the chicken then drain, Put the garlic, basil, olive oil pepper in the blinder, blind until mix together then put the sauce in the chicken and put soy sauce if you like it, set a side in about 3 minutes,
Then cook the chicken meat.
Make a sauce ,
In the bowl, put the mayonnaise,cream cheese,sour cream,cheese,chive salt and pepper, mix together.
Then prepare your salad in a plate :)
It is so nice to try to make other ingredient Healthy food and it is so nice that is half of the ingredients is from our own Garden.
Troy and I are so happy for the Garden that give a lots of veggies.

1 carrots chop

1/2 Green pea frozen
Salt or garlic salt and ground pepper
Heat pan Add oil,Onion, Mix together until the onion is cook, Add carrot mix it until cook add salt and pepper, Add pea mix and add egg cook in the side, Mix together then add salt and pepper, Add cook rice mix together, add salt and pepper and add little water so not to dried, Mix and mix until all is cook,
