I bought about 128 Amp Hours of batteries for scrap price at Battery Hookup. You can get new, used and slightly used batteries here: https://batteryhookup.comUse code DIYTUBE and save 5% at checkout.I got 20 botvac battery packs rated at 14.4 volts, 4.2 AH and 20 modem packs rated at 8.4 volts and 4.4 Ah.Together these will give me 128 AH of capacity at 14.4 volts DC. These are prefect for off grid solar power battery banks. When fully charged to 15.8 volts (the max voltage I am using) this adds up to over 2,000 Watt hours of power!!!All I have to do is charge them up, add balancing circuits and wire them together. The modem packs will be doubled up to give me the 14.4 volts I need at 4.4 AH per set.For someone interested in making their own solar power battery banks with less hassle, these are perfect because you don't have to weld anything. These are almost ready to go.Thanks for watching.
