This was our fourth day sheltering at the off grid homestead. I had to go into town though to drop off some packages. We have an online Asian grocery store and we have to ship packages to our customers.With the current events in the World right now our sales are up higher than ever so I am shipping a lot more these days. I went to town to drop off the packages and was shocked to find that town was quite busy.Some businesses are closed according to the governor's orders but others are busy. I had to go to the dollar store for some supplies for our online business. I was very unhappy to see that it was loaded with people. But I needed these supplies now. Amazon shipping of packing supplies takes 30 days and I cant wait.I did not like the experience of being in town today at all. Day one was quiet. Day two more people were out and about. Day four and things are really busy once more. Not good.Today I made some muffins using the chicken scratch grain flour I made. I baked them in the Gosun solar oven.
