I had to replace the vacuum actuated heater valve in my Jeep XJ the other day when it broke apart in my hands. It was a simple fix and only cost $20 for the part.

The hardest part of the job was getting the old spring hose clamps off.

I got it running though and the Jeep is back on the road.

We are so happy that it broke at home and not on the road somewhere on a cold night with the family.
