I should start by apologizing for this video. There were too many words, that I wanted to say, that I did not know in English. sorry sorry sorry.

In this video I show how I have isolated my walls from the inside. I have attached styrofoam plates to the wall with tile adhesive, and re-attached fiber gypsum boards with tile adhesive on the styrofoam plates.

In old houses it is very normal that all power installation is made after the house is built. This house is from 1913, power installation is more recent. But back then, there was no one could dreamed that everything would run on power 90år later.
So in all the good rooms in a house, were typically installed a light in the ceiling, and a single outlet.
In this regard, I have installed 7 more outlets. 6 outlets at floor level and one at the patio door.
My PlayHouse is a channel where i will show, what i am working on. I have this house, it is 168 Square Meters / 1808.3ft² and it is full, of half-finished projects.

I love working with heating, insulation, green power, alternative energy, solar, wind and more. It all costs, but I'm trying to get the most out of my money, and my time.
