We hauled three truck loads of fire wood to the off grid homestead today. Some will be used to heat our off grid tiny house while some will be sold in the future.Chris and I cut and hauled two loads of wood before lunch and got it unloaded. Then after lunch Melanie and I hauled in a load of very heavy hard wood.We have about 7 cords of fire wood piled up now. One pile out front is for future sale while the other pile is for our home heating this winter.Anything that is dry and ready to burn goes for the tiny house this year.Right now our only goal is to haul fire wood until the snow is too deep to allow us to continue.
