I got a two pack of Brison ultrasonic pest repellers to try out here at the homestead. Out in the woods the rodents and insects are terrible. They are always trying to get into your home. So an ultrasonic pest repeller is a welcome addition to The Off Grid Project. These use only 3 - 4 watts of power so I can afford to run them on solar power 24/7.There is a nice night light feature that you can turn on or off with a button on the side of the device. This does not turn off the repeller though. Once you plug in the device, it is working. They say you should place these about a foot off the floor with no obstructions for best results. There is still room to use the other outlet with this plugged in.I would recommend putting one of these in each ground floor room for best results since the sound waves cannot go through walls.I was worried about hearing it because I am sensitive to high frequencies. But it does not bother me. The normal human hearing range is about 18 hz to 20 khz. These start at 24 khz which is just outside our maximum range. You should see increased activity for the first three weeks after you start using these as the pests vacate your home. After three weeks you should no longer see pests.Visit the Brison store here: https://amzn.to/2UoSW6dThanks for watching. I got a two pack of Brison ultrasonic pest repellers to try out here at the homestead. Out in the woods the rodents and insects are terrible. They are always trying to get into your home. So an ultrasonic pest repeller is a welcome addition to The Off Grid Project.

These use only 3 - 4 watts of power so I can afford to run them on solar power 24/7.

There is a nice night light feature that you can turn on or off with a button on the side of the device. This does not turn off the repeller though. Once you plug in the device, it is working.

They say you should place these about a foot off the floor with no obstructions for best results. There is still room to use the other outlet with this plugged in.

I would recommend putting one of these in each ground floor room for best results since the sound waves cannot go through walls.

I was worried about hearing it because I am sensitive to high frequencies. But it does not bother me. The normal human hearing range is about 18 hz to 20 khz. These start at 24 khz which is just outside our maximum range.
