This has supposed to be 1/4 cup dry lentils, 6tbs spaghetti sauce, 6tbsp diced tomatoes, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1 lb country sausage divided between the jars (raw), 1/2 tsp Oregano 🌿 filled to top ring with cold water, debubbled then topped of agian with water, left 1” headspace, put in pressure canner filled canner with 2 inches of cold water, processed at 10lbs, pressure for 90 minutes, let pressure cone down naturally till NO steam comes out the weight when you try to remove it, open canner away from you! And let it seal itself and enjoy at a later date! Hope I got everything, I will try to find the original link and put it below if I can!
